Each with their own unique background and set of skills, together they are committed to maintaining the strong, reputable, generational spanning company that values and empowers their employees and careers. Peter Noyen- President and CEO

Son of the founder of Noyen Construction Ltd. Gerald Noyen, Peter was born and raised around the civil construction industry. His involvement began early on and he is the heart and soul behind Noyen Construction Ltd.’s sustained growth for decades. He empowers his employees and their careers, and is a natural leader for the company.

Kyley Fyculak - Senior Project Manager

Upon graduation of the Civil Engineering Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1997, Kyley began his professional career in the civil construction industry working on some of Alberta’s largest civil construction projects. His project management experience and leadership have played an integral part in Noyen Construction Ltd.’s growth since joining the Noyen Family in 2012.

Getting the job done sometimes requires bold actions and brave words. To Kyley this means not holding back on asking honest and transparent questions that others may be too shy to ask. He is comfortable not knowing all the answers to every question and making sure all thoughts are considered. Strong communication skills bring out the best in people and form necessary bonds for a healthy working environment.

Kyle Baird - Project Manager

Immediately out of high school Kyle began his journey in the civil construction industry. Since joining the Noyen Family in 2004, Kyle has had the opportunity to work his way up through the ranks of the organization. Upon his graduation of Civil Engineering Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2014, Kyle transitioned into a project management role and successfully managed some of Noyen’s largest projects to date.

Kyle prides himself on building trust with co-workers and clients through integrity. Those who know him well know that when he says he is going to do something; he will do exactly what he says. By sticking to an ethical and moral code, it builds a stronger image of who he is and the company he works for. Kyle knows that every interaction must be a positive one to keep moral high and work flowing.

Dale Garner - Project Manager

As a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Technology and Civil Engineering Technology programs at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Dale began his career at Noyen, quickly moved his way up through the organization due to his hard work and relentless commitment to success. Dale brings a tech-savvy background that he uses to streamline processes and manage projects efficiently and effectively.

Noyen is Dale's first and only job out of school, having been with the company for nearly a decade. He began as a surveyor, who admittedly didn't know much about what he was doing on his first day. Dale quickly excelled to a project manager role and has held virtually every position in between. he reflects fondly on his time in the field saying it's the single most valuable experience one can gain in the industry.

Scott Sieben - Operations Manager

Being involved in management for energy sector in Alberta for over 30 years, Scott brings a vast knowledge of operations management that he uses to optimize the operations of the business.

Dan Stewart - Business Development Manager

Dan has an overabundance of life and work experience across multiple industries and has developed a great deal of relationships along the way, which has translated to developing and building on the long lasting relationships with our clients.
