Peter Noyen
President & Chief Executive Officer
The son of Noyen Construction founder Gerald Noyen, Peter has dedicated more than 30 years to building on his father's legacy and growing the company into one of Alberta's leading civil contractors. With three decades of leadership experience in the civil construction industry, Peter has been the driving force behind Noyen's sustained growth — expanding the fleet, diversifying the client base, and instilling a culture of quality, integrity, and accountability that defines the organization today. His commitment to empowering employees and investing in their careers has made Noyen a company its people are proud to be part of.
Logan Noyen
General Manager
Logan leads the day-to-day operations of Noyen Construction with a focus on operational excellence, client relationships, and the continued growth of the organization. Carrying forward the Noyen family's commitment to quality and integrity, Logan works closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure every contract is delivered to the highest standard. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of civil construction and a belief that strong teams produce exceptional results.
Nolan Noyen
Shop Foreman
Nolan is responsible for the maintenance, readiness, and overall performance of Noyen's fleet of 150+ heavy equipment units — one of the largest and most diverse civil construction fleets in Alberta. His technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and hands-on approach ensure that every piece of equipment on every job site is operating safely and at peak efficiency. Nolan's work is foundational to Noyen's ability to mobilize quickly and deliver on the commitments the company makes to its clients.
Scott Sieben
Operations Manager
With over 30 years of senior management experience in Alberta's energy and industrial sectors, Scott brings a depth of operational knowledge that has been instrumental in driving efficiency and performance across Noyen's project portfolio. His background spans fleet management, resource planning, and organizational optimization — capabilities he applies daily to ensure Noyen's operations run safely, efficiently, and profitably. Scott's experience managing large-scale operations in demanding environments makes him a critical part of Noyen's leadership structure.
Kyley Fyculak
Project Manager
A Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and graduate of NAIT's Civil Engineering Technology program, Kyley brings nearly three decades of civil construction experience to the Noyen project management team. His career spans transportation, land development, and industrial sectors — including major P3 highway projects such as the Northwest Anthony Henday and Southeast Stony Trail, large-scale rail yard expansions, countless urban land development projects, and industrial land development projects. Since joining Noyen in 2012, Kyley has managed projects ranging up to $30 million in value and has been a driving force behind the company's growth in the industrial and land development markets. He is a proven problem solver and team leader known for early-stage project planning, rigorous execution, and the kind of honest communication that builds lasting client relationships.
Kyle Baird
Project Manager
With over 20 years of civil construction experience across Alberta, Kyle has built his career the right way — starting as a heavy equipment operator and working his way up through superintendent and project management roles, earning his Civil Engineering Diploma from NAIT in 2014 along the way. That combination of hands-on field experience and formal technical training gives him a depth of understanding few project managers can match. In his 20+ years with Noyen, Kyle has managed some of the company's most complex and high-value contracts. His experience spans industrial development, highway construction, land development, and environmental remediation. Kyle is known for his reliability, his attention to detail, and a leadership style that brings out the best in his crews and earns the trust of his clients.
Dale Garner
Project Manager
A PMP®-certified Project Manager and Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) holding both a Civil Engineering Diploma and a Bachelor of Technology in Management degree from NAIT, Dale brings over 12 years of civil construction experience with a strong focus on industrial projects. His project portfolio includes rail yard expansions, lined ponds and landfills, industrial site development, and environmental remediation and landfill decommissioning — with individual project values ranging up to $10 million. Dale's approach combines earned value management, robust quality assurance programs, and a deep commitment to safety — ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. His technical depth, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership style make him one of Noyen's most versatile and trusted project managers.

Business Development Manager
Dan brings a diverse background spanning multiple industries and a career built on developing meaningful, long-term client relationships. His ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and connect them with Noyen's capabilities has been central to the company's growth in both established and emerging markets. Dan's approach to business development is rooted in trust and transparency — the same values that have defined Noyen Construction since 1964.
